1 Agreement to Terms
By visiting our store, purchasing mobile phones or accessories, utilizing our repair services, or browsing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all retail and wholesale customers of Akshar Mobile, Dabhoi, Vadodara, Gujarat.
2 Product Purchases & Genuine Warranty
- 100% Genuine Devices: All brand new smartphones sold by Akshar Mobile are 100% brand-original and brand-sealed with official manufacturer invoice.
- Manufacturer Warranty: Brand new smartphones carry standard 1-year brand manufacturer warranty and 6-month accessory warranty serviceable at respective brand authorized service centers across India.
- Pricing: All prices are subject to market availability and festival promotions. GST invoices are provided for all mobile purchases.
Mobile Repair & Service Terms
- Service Estimates: Repair cost and turnaround time estimates are provided post preliminary inspection.
- Service Warranty: Replaced screen parts and hardware components come with a 90-day testing warranty against functional defects (excluding physical breakage or water damage after handover).
- Customer Data Responsibility: While our technicians handle devices with utmost care, Akshar Mobile is not liable for data loss during operating system updates or chip-level hardware repair. Customers are advised to backup their devices beforehand.
3 Old Phone Exchange & EMI Offers
- Exchange Evaluation: Old device exchange value is determined based on physical condition, screen functionality, battery health, and original bill/box availability.
- Ownership Confirmation: Customers exchanging old devices must be the legal owner and provide valid identity proof if requested.
- EMI Approvals: 0% EMI financing is subject to credit approval by partner NBFCs (Bajaj Finserv, HDFC Bank, TVS Credit). Akshar Mobile facilitates documentation as a merchant partner.
4 Returns & Replacement
For sealed smartphones, any hardware defect noticed within 7 days of purchase is handled through brand authorized replacement policy as per manufacturer norms. Accessories (chargers, earphones) with manufacturing defects can be exchanged within standard store policy with original invoice.
